We offer one to one coaching packages for people at all levels in your organisation. The benefit this brings is to give people the space, time and structure to reflect on their current effectiveness and the support and challenge to identify areas that they want to improve.


All coaching is carried out according to the ethical guidelines laid out by the Association for Coaching (AC) and International Coaching Federation (ICF). Various tools can be used to help increase self awareness including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, 360 degree feedback.  Life Styles Inventory, Leadership Impact and various NLP techniques as appropriate.


All our coaches are accredited by the ICF or AC and have more than 500 hours experience gained across a wide range of clients and industry sectors
